What's the difference between Modular & Traditional Homes?
Both use the same type of building materials and craftsmanship, however, the way the home is built is the difference. Modular homes are built in a climate-controlled environment and then transported to the site for final assembly, whereas traditionally built homes are constructed entirely on-site. This will ensure cost certainty, faster timelines, and less on-site disruption.
