🍿 New home popped up in Surrey! 🍿
On Monday, we delivered our latest project to South Surrey in just 12 hours! This home is a prefabricated 2 bed 2.5 bath 1220 sqft carriage house enabling a young family to live near their parents. The box delivered included the entire building envelope, with mechanical electrical and plumbing also installed.
Over 20 people came by, ranging from industry, non-profits, and government to check out the home as it was being delivered and unfolded! If you weren’t able to make it, we’ve got you covered; check out this timelapse of the home delivery process:
Throughout the delivery, neighbours were stunned with how fast the home was delivered. One person even nearly hit a parked car with their vehicle they were so shocked!
🎥 Stay tuned for our overhead drone video coming soon! 🎥
The project is now moving into finishing! Our project partner Square One will make sure that this home is ready for occupancy, including flooring, siding, and painting—all as curated by interior designer Studio Mage.
